Hey folks! I just received a 35% hike on my current fixed of 9 LPA for a SAP ABAP Developer role from Deloitte india. That puts me at around 12.5 LPA fixed. I have 4 years of experience. Just curious—what are others with similar experience getting at Deloitte India for the same role? Trying to benchmark if I'm in the right range or missing out. Appreciate any insights

I think I have work trauma not sure how it’s clouding my ability to make decisions. I’ve had unstable work after being laid off from a company 3 years ago. I thought I worked out a plan to get to a stable place but my job is proving to be unstable yet again. I secured a FT role at another company but because it’s a lot less money I’m unsure because I feel very cynical about companies in general. I assume it’ll be just like all the rest but now I’ll just be making less and could get laid off.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

EY GDS vs DELOITTE INDIA..?

Which one is better in terms of wlb, hike, career growth and job security.

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂

Hello Fishes, I'm planning to join Deloitte india in the second week of November, I have got a designation of "Manager". I'm from a technical background (SF DevOps).
