I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything. Anyone dealt with this have any recommendations? TIA

Phone addiction. I truly feel like I have one now and I hate it. Is anyone feeling the same or possibly improved your phone addition? I am constantly on my phone and my usage is averaging 5.5 hours per day. I wake up to my phone and it's the last thing I see before bed. On it between meetings and any moment that I don't have to be focused. I will say that my phone doesn't get touched when I'm with people. Almost at all. It is a cycle of insta, snap, and FB. With LinkedIn and this in between.

Mom of two here (21 month old and 5 month old) who is starting to consider having a third. I am in my late 30’s and my doctor just recommended I start trying at 6 months postpartum. Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!

I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense.
