Does anyone knows how is Cloud Engineering Organization in Oracle?. I heard that they give Quarterly variable pay and so the Yearly Variable component would be very high (As it comes 4 times a year), Is that true?.

Please let me know if someone is aware of Cloud Engineering in Oracle and how does it work.

I’m an inpatient medical coder and make 23.58 currently, I was previously and outpatient coder as well as a billing coordinator. I also have nursing experience. Iqvia was famous to give single digit (4-5%) increment. Is it still the same case? Or things have improved to 12-14%? Based on performance and other factors for sure.

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.
Do you see any risk of offer cancellation/revocation here?

I had asked for revision to 24LPA and 1 JB earlier my package given was 22 LPA. The recruiter agreed upon it and said she will give revision two days before my joining. But in between I took one offer and then asked for 25.5 and 1.5 JB. Just before 2 days. Recruiter now said her higher manager have trust issues and gave me same package what it was ealier and 2L JB I am regretting my ask how to overcome that.. 😭😭😭😭.
