So, I landed a Customer Service Advisor job at Sitel in the UK. But I heard that they fire you without any prior notice or end their campaigns abruptly, leaving us with no job. What does 401k match look like at BCG? I know Mckinsey puts 20k in an account regardless of your contribution. Is that similar?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?

Any tips for those that went from novice case interviewing ability to securing MBB offers? Anyone have a good training/prep plan? ACN’s cases were a lot easier. Looking for info. on how to start!
