Bain & Company Hi All. I am an Energy Engineer and 3 years of experience. I want to switch to a management consultancy because I think I would be a good fit for strategy consulting and want to move into ESG/Climate Financing. I would love to interview with your team if you’re looking to hire someone with this background (happy to share more via DMs).
The purpose of this post is to also ask for referrals so please let me know if I could reach out to you for that. TIA! McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group

Hi fishes,
How is the wlb in Amex?
New to Fishbowl?

Amex does not negotiate much in salary as they are proud of their culture, I too tried during my time for the same band but HR called it unethical. I would say just take Deloitte US offer , you need to have good base salary!
yes amex doesn't renegotiate because they are proud of work culture they provide, go with deloitte if money is important for you else amex is best for work culture and long-term stability, deloitte has horrible work life balance
Yes, I also tried to do the same, and HR started arguing. Very bad experience with the Amex HR, now a days most of the companies work culture is good, but Amex HRs are blind I guess.
Now going to join other company with way higher salary.
And will suggest you do the same because CTC difference in your case is also huge and it does matter.
How did u applied at delloite and role??
