Hey guys. I got referral from a manager in EY on last Friday and submitted my application on Friday night. And I haven’t heard back from EY and I certainly know that the position is not filled yet because I just saw they uploaded the job post again 3 days ago. Should I worry about that? Can people not get an interview with right qualification and a referral from a manager? At least I really want to get an interview. I’m so desperately wanting to leave a firm.

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV.
