Should I consider this as a no?

I want to know more about WLB and office timings at JP Morgan.

What do you suggest, as I have good WLB at HCL technologies.

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
