Has CitiusTech improved and is it a good place to switch now ? or still the conditions are worse ? I have an offer but they require me to get early release from my current company within less than 30 days.

Has anyone in here quit to take a break from work and then rejoined the workforce? what was your strategy to get back and how did you explain the gap?
