Hey, I’m interested in pursuing a BA role in industry. I was recently let go from Deloitte. I have a masters in MIS and am PMP certified.

My question is, as someone who functionally operated as a BA at the firm but isn’t super strong with Tableau/SQL/Python, what threshold of understanding should I seek? Am I missing anything else?

Are there any recruiters/staffing agencies that seek out people for these roles?

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?
