1. How can I get a job in TCS into Digital and Data Analyst? More like business analytics.
2. Is it like people spending 5 to 15 years in TCS don't get outside opportunities easily. Due to their laid back attitude and rare upskilling?

I am just asking. I have no preconceived notion, just got to hear the second one from one of my connections.

I’ve been working as a vp of BD for the past year for a startup IB and I had hoped that it would get me a conversation for moving forward in the industry but I can’t seem to get a second look from most places. I just spoke with a software architect that went back to school to learn software engineering after law school because it was more lucrative and had less hours. He’s worked his way up and has the skills and authority to work 6:30am-10am and gets to work remotely. We discussed that results/outputs is better than billable time like in law and public accounting. Yet, his parents and others would view him as “lazy” but he does his job and makes a fantastic living. Time>Money and Results>Hours
