Hey, so it's been almost 2 weeks since I talked to HR about my salary. They said they were gonna ask for exceptional approval since I'm already at the top of the pay scale for a Senior Associate. But I haven't heard anything back in 2 weeks. Should I just wait it out or start looking for other jobs?
