Hey, what is typically another company someone moves onto from Oracle after being a consultant?

I am a mechanical engineer having 10 years of experience in wind and automotive domain. Is it possible to switch to IT domain. Please suggest some course without or with basic codeing to get some IT jobs.

And then it would give the business case/value of implementation in dollars. It was an interface that had plug and play functionality. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Its just 3 months, I joined a company and I am already stressed. I just got staffed as S Associate on R2R (GL) track. I have exposure to GL from a high level but I’m not an accountant where as the module lead is a CPA. I don’t have a strong accounting background, which I think will make it difficult for me. Any experience is good experience, but I want to position myself for growth and to be promoted to manager you have to be able to lead a module. I don’t know if I will be able to lead GL but with some more experience in PPM I think I can lead. What do I do?
