I have been offered by Amazon. Have one doubt, they have stated that for relocation, if done by self managed...we will be getting lumpsum amount of 1.5 lacs. My question is, will it be reimbursed against bills or it will be paid as one time amount without any bills..

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..
