Hey yall. I’ve been at my current ER/referral center for 8 years. I am a CVT, and I work full time in anesthesia.
I’ve had the itch to relocate, just cause, for a few years and recently decided on Florida.
My “fear” is leaving my current hospital. We re cooperate on paper but we are also very lax, which I appreciate. I’m worried I’m going to find a place that is super corporate and by the book and
I’ll super hate it…
I’ve been looking at Dayton area, if anyone has any input?

TIA 🩷

My friend moved to FL a couple years ago and had a hard time getting a job. I would advise to get the job before you move. Do everything. IE interview and working interview before you move. I find previous employee reviews, give you a large insight on the company. Good luck!!

What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal?
