Hi All, a new analyst in Deloitte Advisory. Deloitte told me they will apply for H1B next year. But for Green Card sponsorship, my seniors told that I would be eligible in 2 years but i140 is only submitted if I become a Senior Consultant. My seniors told that I it would take upto 5 years of consistent performance to become a senior consultant, so my question is that if I get my H1B visa selected next year and it takes me 5 years to become senior consultant would that be OK for GC?

YOE : 7.8 i have an offer from IBM and HCL.

Hello! This is a long story, so I’ll try to keep it brief. I work for a very small supplement company - it’s myself (marketing/acct mgmt) my coworker (sales), and the owner. My coworker is struggling to complete his tasks/meet his goals, and the owner is coming to me about angry clients. I’m afraid my coworkers inability to complete his duties is somehow being reflected onto me? What’s the most tactful way to have a conversation, either with him or the owner? I reached out to BAL and they said if role/responsibilities change ill have to start from first. Does change of desination mean change of role ?

BAL is taking its own sweet time to file my H1B transfer. My LCA was approved on Dec 30. They have all the documents needed to file and give me an update every week saying they will be filing it shortly. Any of you folks experiencing the same ?
