Hi all, advice please. For HCL interview

TP1- cleared
TP2 - cleared
TP3 - cleared (agreed on offer)
It's been 10 days since clearing TP3, the HR informed me that "TP3 is positive but to release offer they haven't received approval yet, and will inform me asap".
I'm in contact with HR for frequent updates, how long will it take to get the approval and release offer in HCL?

I had an interview the week before Christmas and New Years. I know there is usually a holiday slump - when should I reach out about an update? It will be 3 weeks tomorrow.

Hi, currently making 10.5 lakhs fixed as AM ( recently promoted) , have an offer from KPMG for consultant for 15.5 fixed. Should i take demotion from AM to consultant. Also if i resign now , will miss out on 1.3 lakhs rupees bonus which will get in September. Also please tell about DT-CDSG team at KPMG India. TIA

1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Please don't ignore this and help me to choose the right decision.

As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. Is there a way to say “my current org doesn’t know I’m looking, so please treat my interest with discretion” that doesn’t raise red flags? Thanks!

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
