After completing the technical round on March 16th and submitting documents for the HR round on March 19th, I discussed salary and other details with HR on March 23rd. They're awaiting approval from higher management for the offer letter. Despite my recent call, I received no response, but they assured me of contacting me for the offer letter release. Unsure if another HR round is scheduled, I'm curious about HCL's typical timeline post-document submission.

I have an excel assessment with BRG Rx tomorrow afternoon. What should I expect with their assessments? If anyone here has gone through their interview process.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
