Any idea about Barclays HR team process time, since my interview was completed both the rounds for AVP on 22nd December and 6th January respectively and I have verbal communication from Hiring manager about selection.
Now my question is recruitment team didn’t come up till now and it’s been 3 days is it normal scenario should I wait few more days ?
Any idea about process style ?

I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. I don’t want to settle but I don’t want to miss an opportunity to move. Reporting consultants should start at $65k per recruiting sites. Any advice? How can I get HR/recruiters to offer more? TIA

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m so burnt out by big law and this seems like an awesome opportunity to help shape a newish company. Any tips on how to figure out if this is the right move for me?

What to expect in a corporate development associate phone interview?

I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? Currently, I have an offer of CTC 14 LPA from a service based MNC for Threat Hunter.

I have interviewed for 2 technical rounds for the position of Cyber Threat Intelligence with the India Director and Global CISO. Both the rounds have been good. My notice period ends in 2 weeks.

How much salary should I expect? How much should I quote for negotiation?

I have 32k miles with THY that are about to expire. Normally I'd go ahead and book a flight, but I can't project which countries might be locked down again 5-6 months from now (haven't accrued enough PTO to travel in near future). The only other way to keep the miles is to pay $10 per 1000 miles, as far as I know. Are there other strategies?
