I have about four years of real estate credit/investment experience. I also started my career in public accounting and have my cpa. I’m considering looking into a B4 advisory role. Am I crazy?

Commenting to follow- I’m same boat but the 4 years are In Financial Reporting/Accounting.

I’d try bowls of where your tying to go too though; they’ll know specifics on positions and levels. Def need referrals on the inside too from what I’ve gathered

Nope! That’s similar to my background and I’m a senior manager at EY. What type of advisory are you thinking? I do real estate finance related so definitely using all those skills.

i do real estate/construction credits, some advising, and cost seg. it’s a massive bore at all levels. Me and the few other associates are actively trying to leave

I had worked simultaneously for 3 companies few months back (with PF) and have received TCS offer now. Based on my UAN, their BGV team found out about these employments which I had not mentioned to TCS and asked me experience letters for those. There is overlap in date of joining and exit in all companies. What should I do now. Will my BGV be negative and TCS revoke my offer. Currently also I am working for 2 companies

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? For the MBA programs I'm looking at this score is fine but is this a score that can help my BCG app in a MCOL Canadian city?

What is the drug culture like at your office? I assume people don’t openly talk about what they do in their free time if illicit, but they may do so quietly or you can otherwise tell.
Do you get the impression many people do them? If so, soft drugs (ex - weed)? Hard drugs? Non-prescribed study drugs? Frequency? At work-sponsored social functions? To an extent that it’s noticeable/problematic?
