Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
