Concerned if I might be too senior for the role? Currently Senior Manager at Bain (4 years post MBA). Comp wise, base is 10% higher but bonus is 2x, overall 50% higher

Also any insights on culture / WLB?

How much TC can I expect if I go to a small family shop PE firm in a role that does both investment side and ops side? Trying to see if it makes sense to leave my current job where my TC is around $200k as a senior

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid.
