1) Amazon BIE (L6) - Fixed 44 L and 1st year 14 L bonus and 180 shares of Amazon vested over 4 years basis a schedule. Have to relocate to Hyderabad.

2) Coursera Sr. Data Scientist- Fixed 38 L and variable 15% and USD 70,000 shares split equally across 4 years. Remote.

I have about 9 years of work experience in Analytics and Machine Learning/ DS.
Which one is a better career decision basis WLB, career growth etc?
