Holding an offer ( similar service base) - 6.7lpa fixed + 75k joining bonus.
Now, cleared KPMG interview. In salary discussion - how much I can ask for ?
This is my first switch too.

I have an offer in hand from 1 org and negotiating with another for a better pay.
However the other organisation is asking to share the offer letter.
Should I share?

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc? I'm also tacking on 2 graduate certificates in Applied Statistics and International Economic Policy? For those in the field, would that be useful or not useful (i.e. waste of time)? I'm interested in investigations but also analytics, financial modeling, and expert witness services. Throw in salary potential for bonus points. I'll be getting my CPA, CFE, and CAMS.

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.

I had the weirdest dream. Criminals were put in a gated community under observation and they had to successfully fake their own death to get out. They were given too many drugs and alcohol. I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.
