Being a self motivating person still feeling dejected it little demotivating.

Trying from all resources including Naukri ,LinkedIn,instahyre and many more ways includeind sending mail to the recruiters.
But not getting any desired role or company . Makes me feel disheartened,feels like will have to wait a very long to get something desired.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). Yes, Application made with older version of unity which does not have apple silicon architecture support (for mac) can work on both Intel based mac and silicon based Mac but application which made for apple silicon doesn't work/run on Intel based mac
