Hi all! How strict is Sanofi with the health check up results? Have people gotten rejected because of it? Can this be a ground for rejection?

Got into fitness roughly two years ago and stuck to a pretty strict diet. Right now am unable to bring myself to drink or even just eat the food I like cuz they are all unhealthy carbs. Anyone? 😞

Up antidepressant dosage or quit?
Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. Actively looking for a different position as I’ve come to discover this company exploits EME employees, but want to attempt to end on a “high note”.

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? Need inputs asap as I have to take a call today.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
