Hi All. I am really upset with me new job. Nothing technical they have aligned me into project management role to track the delivery of project and status check. And work load is too much, extending shifts till late night i am totally dependent on other's work if they work then I will have something to share on the report and if they not i have to Chase them call them.

This is disturbing my mental health and i want to switch but notice period is 3 month's. Should I take a risk and resign

Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco! I have interviews coming up at BD in Maryland and, coming from the hospital world, I have no clue what salary to ask for. The position is a scientist/quality role for microbiology research and development. For context, I have 4 years of experience in a hospital blood bank and am a certified Medical Laboratory Technologist. I was thinking in the 65-70k range, but the recruiter made it seem like that was easily attainable so I’m worried I’m asking too low. Would 75-80k be do-able?
