However, it has been over a month now, and I haven’t received any updates. When I followed up with HR, they mentioned that the process is still awaiting approval. Could anyone share insights on how long it typically takes for an offer letter to be released in such cases?

I’ve started a new job and though they have a community, it has been stagnant for a long time. Would you face the change directly with a “we’re back!” style post, or just increase the activity without acknowledging the absence?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
