I got an offer from hcl tech hyderabad with senior tech lead e2 band for 7 years of experience. How will be the job security, work life balance for data engineer in hyderabad. I heard they track working hours very strictly, how people manage 9hrs of monitoring log.

My focus mainly on work life balance. Please let me know how it is for senior tech lead. What does a senior tech lead do in hcl?

My current role is Senior Automation Engineer. Position offered is Test Analyst (Lead).
CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
