News from MBA on international deferrals?
You generally need to be north of $4M but keep in mind some of this is inherited. My Senior Managers on my accounts will succeed me on many of them when they make partner. However they will need to have demonstrated that they can sell to client themselves and not live off my coat tails. When they then inherit the accounts we worked on, that frees me up to be in the market and bring in new accounts. They’ve got to maintain and grow what they had and as they get more senior in the partnership they should have a larger book. For me by the time you are a 10 year partner your book should be $10M+. I then try and add a $1M a year to my book, for each hear I am past 10 years in the partnership
True - depends on the line of business though
Yes. Hence why I said Managed Revenue.
Director level is $1.5M at KPMG for managed revenue. Expand on that to MD, then partner.
EY4 - They are what is billed and collected.
I'm guessing that is in terms of revenues and not profits..?
8m for partner I heard.
1m for mgr -> sr mgr. 4m and other factors for sr mgr -> partner.
EY3 - at least in NER tax we do not measure a Managers book of business. That is not a factor ito make Sr Mgr
Are these figures at standard or discounted rates?
