How do you deal with colorism in the workplace that promotes diversity and inclusions?

Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.

Latinx - help! We used this term in our diversity spotlight discussing Hispanic Heritage Month. One individual said that in English a group of Latinos would just be Latins to be gender neutral. I understand the word is controversial but is “Latins” grammatically correct? I assume we should just say Latin Americans, but trying to understand if Latins is also accurate.

This diversity thing is almost a joke....seriously. A lady says her goal is to focus on promoting women and she is celebrated. What if a man said the same thing regarding men....? where is fairness?

I don’t know how to set it up with him where he gets his equity in the future when we restructure the entity to a c/s Corp and give out his shares. Going through a closeout. 50-50 profit share allocation, but my business partner has been using the venture money at their personal piggy bank (hence the breakup). My accountants say because we agreed to 50-50 shares, the leftover money has to be divided equally.

They spent $100k in the last month on random "work stuff" but bought a new car, etc. Now I have to pay for it with less equity return!

My black experience at my current place....... supervisor is known to be racist at a diversity and inclusion school. Great! Unfortunately I am the ONLY black person in our department. She "our leader" doesn’t make me feel like I am part of the team. I feel like an outcast. When I try to bond with other members on my team. She quickly divide us. I would like to give yall more information. I need some wine.
