I got an offer from Volkswagen group of technology solutions for .Net full stack developer role (YOE:4yr 20lpa ) is it worth to join ??
Hows the work culture,work life balance and projects on .Net any info will be useful.

I did not get my Salary for this month ie September when will it be credited??

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

I have got an offer from VW IT Services Gurgaon recently, I want to know the work-culture, job security and work-life balance in VW, can someone pls provide some insights here.

YOE is 2 years and tech stack is Java+Cloud.

Does anyone know why we have received same increment even when our ratings are different. There is only slight difference in bonus amount, rest is same for all guys. This is definitely true for 0-1 yoe ones.

How was your increment fishes? Anybody else here got 1-2% increment in april 2022?
