Hi all, I got selected for a role at PwC, I have already completed the salary discussion with HR. I was informed that they were initiating the offer letter release. Documents also shared, it has now been more than a month, I haven’t received any update. I did get one call from HR mentioning that the delay is due to pending approvals. I have also followed up twice, but I was given the same response each time. Can anyone guide if such delays are common at PwC? Or any other reason if role on hold

It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!
