I have 13+ years of banking experience in sales, I have done my MBA in Finance stream i am thinking to switch my career from banking to SAP Fico. Will it going to be a wise decision to take, considering my age as 40 yrs is it ok to take risk in shifting from Banking to SAP.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based.
