Hi all, I have 5 years of experience, recently got offer in IQVIA. They offered 13.8 Lpa. Fixed CTC at time of hr discussion was 9.8 Lpa. But after that I got a hike and ctc is now 10.79 lpa.
I asked for salary negotiation but they didn't agree. So the for which Im going is very less I feel compared to recent hike. What do u all suggest
