Hi all. I have a couple of offers. One is Product Manager role at bigger org. (Rev 10 billion), the fixed component is around 28.6 excluding PF & 2 lakh joining bonus with no performance bonus . The other offer is of a Sr. Product Owner role with pretty good overlap of PM responsibilities as well in a mid - size org( Rev 300 million)Fixed component is 30.8 LPA excluding PF and no joining bonus but upto 5% performance bonus. Both orgs seem culturally good & US based. Which one should I choose?
