I have a CTC offer in hand of 24LPA from my current CTC of 16.2LPA. I am looking to move on-rolls in my current company. How much more can I ask on the offered CTC?

Infosys offered 22LPA (15% variable) + 1.25L joining bonus.
HCL offered 23LPA(10% variable).
YOE : 10.6 years.
