I have an offer from a Company in Ireland which offers me 90k+ relocation benefits and currently I am working with One of top Pharma company in India at a CTC Of 51 LPA(41 Fixed +10 Variable).

YOE : 10 Yrs

Tech stack : Data analytics & science,ML, AI etc.

Relocating to Ireland would be better or I should continue my Job in India ??? My wife is also working in IT. Please suggest here.

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
