Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??
So is sept is good time to drop paper at infy.... Should I dropped or wait ??

I've been searching for a new job because I know I am underpaid. I have 12+ years of experience in the event industry and seven years in the Event Tech world. I interviewed with Netflix, Amazon, and Microsoft. I went through all the stages, but I was not selected. Any advice? I think I did great in all my interviews; my resume is solid, and I have four university degrees including a Master’s. I speak English and Spanish. Any advice of what my problem might be?

Typical % salary increase for promotion to senior?

Making my first job move using a recruiter, is it typical that they are the ones doing the negotiating? Is this standard practice or is it frowned upon to ask to talk to the Company directly to negotiate a higher salary?

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.
