Hi all! I have been interviewing for new roles. I have been getting interviews, however in multiple interviews I have gotten negative feed back because I was a police officer for about 3 years. I have investment banking, finance, private equity, startup, and sales experience. For whatever reason, I have had multiple recruiters/hiring managers say they were not comfortable with my experience as a member of law enforcement. I awards / accommodation for my time as an officer. Any tips to overcome?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. On the weekends, same responsibilities but 7a-7p. We don't get any additional pay for being in charge and I'm sick of the added responsibility and stress of it.

I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. Most people make much more than this once their comp fully ramps up, but, I would have to work in the office. I declined the offer, but now the CEO wants to meet with me several months later. Would I be crazy if I asked for 100k guaranteed salary?
