I have been working as a DevOps Engineer in a Startup for almost 3 years (2yr as full-time and 1yr as an intern).
Skills: Docker, Jenkins, GCP, Ansible, AWS, Scripting

Now I plan to do some certifications to enhance my skills and to boost my resume. Can someone suggest how I should move ahead so that I can build a strong basement for my career also please suggest the certifications that will add value for the future.

Is it worth leaving big law for a FAANG job? Probably a $50k pay cut plus lose the partner track option for future. I'm probably 3 years away from making partner. Have a friend there already. Heard work life balance is better but comp not as good and lower ceiling. Thoughts?
