ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. My doubt is that usually, there are technical round and managerial round of interviews. And, I have given only technical round. And, instead of managerial round they are taking client round interview. So, i was confused what is this client round? Is it going to be similar as managerial round?
How was your client round ,was it the deciding factor?
Go through system architecture of your latest project and prepare some basic questions on Technical level.
Generally client interview is taken after onboarding in persistent.
Clients take client round of interviews.. I used to take many back in the day, and many times the candidates’ hiring depended on it.. you would be onboarded to the particular client, which is why you are being interviewed by them, not sure what your doubt is..
I guess author wants to ask what kind if questions will be asked, whether it's purely technical or techno-manegerial? Mostly client interview happens after joining a new company or before onboarding to a new project.
