Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.

Need advice. Interviewing for an internal role to lead a team adjacent to my current team. I’m trying to prepare for the interview, during which I’ll be asked to share my plan for the team. I’ve worked with two of the people on the team who will report to whomever gets this job.
