I have offers for a manager role in D&A for EY and a Senior Consultant role at Capgemini Invent. If anyone here share any insights on working in a D&A function for either (or both!) of these org I'd really appreciate it. I'm having a bit of a tough time with the decision.

Can someone please let me know what is the maximum salary that Deloitte India offers to Consultant?

Current offer from Deloitte: 16 fixed
Offer from another MNC: 18.9 fixed

Will Deloitte India be able to match the offer if I renegotiate?

Considering exit opps in private equity for tax manager roles. With the market as it is what kind of range would you expect? PA pay is through the roof right now (based on recruiters and friends in other firms 160-170) so I'm not sure how that should compare to industry.

I'm currently working in Marketing Analytics (primarily using SQL and a bit of pyspark). Apart from mastering SQL, I wanted to know from people working at Google what does it take to get there as a Data Scientist? (I'm very interested in Strategy Ops)
