1. TrueBlue Fixed CTC 25 LPA and JB 1 Lakh.
2. Deloitte USI Fixed CTC 27.5 LPA and JB 2 Lakhs.
3. PwC AC Bangalore Fixed CTC 28.3 LPA and no JB
4. Huron Fixed CTC 30 LPA, Variable 6 Lakhs and JB 1 Lakh
5. Oracle Fixed CTC 25 LPA, Variable 3.5 Lakhs and JB 2 Lakhs.

YOE - 9
CCTC - 16 LPA including variable.
Tech - Oracle Cloud

Mostly stuck between Deloitte USI, PWC AC and Huron.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through.
