Hi all. I have received an offer from NielsenIQ as senior sales manager skale 6.1. They are offering me a fixed CTC of 14.75 lacs and variable is 6.3 lacs. I am already getting 13.1 lacs as fixed CTC in current organisation. I wanted to check how difficult is it to make incentives in NielsenIQ sales? Also, how much salary on an average a senior manager makes in NielsenIQ? That will help me to negotiate better.

Actually there is one management group based in kolkata. They are offering me vendership for call center executive. But they are asking initial 1k per candidates for the insurance purposes. Insurance for assets they are providing like Mobile etc .

But I didn't connected with them via linkdin only. Can I trust them or they might be the fake one. I'm in very big confusion guys. I needed your suggestions.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile.
