Hi All - I made it to my panel interview for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) role at Salesforce. Hoping this post reaches someone who is maybe in that role today or someone who can provide insight into what the day-to-day looks like. How do the billable hours work? More or less stressful than an actual Salesforce consultant position (which I'm in now)? Is the customer success area of the company a good place to be in terms of management/culture?
