I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.
Any guidance or fist hand experience sharing is highly appreciated.

Bain & Company I’m a PhD student looking to start in consulting and am looking to connect with other PhD/ADP consultants that went into consulting to learn more about the experience and how to prep for case interviews coming from a non-business background. Especially looking for advice on McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company
I’ve been trying to get into the top tier Associate Product Marketing Manager position Google for some time now for just an interview and I feel like business majors somehow have such a stronger chance in getting interviewed especially my business school and I feel really discouraged as an Econ Major and I have a lot of marketing experience that I’ve built over the years. Are there any non-business majors in the tech realm in non technical positions at Google that can advise me?

Hey there. I am not a foreign citizen in the USA, but I know some people who are, and some who have transitioned from students into American citizens, and what I can tell you is that visa issues are serious. Be careful with timings, applications, and whatnot, to try and do everything correctly and not get into any issues later.
If they're your employers and they're interested in keeping you, shouldn't they be helping you with a work visa or something? This process can only be done by an employer, so talk to them and see what's on their mind before you make your own choice.
Hi there! Have you tried asking your company for help? And Engineering 1 is right, this can only be processed by your employer.
I already asked but response is they will see if they want to apply for sponsorship license or not in future. Mean while other companies does sponsor visa. I am confused that should I change my job or wait for the current one. It’s just everyone is so nice here and I feel bad about quitting. That’s why I need some professional advice
The work visa process can involve an extensive wait, around five or seven months on average. If the startup isnt set up for such a program already, you should consider quitting and finding an employer who is already set up to accomodate you.
I would reiterate your desire to stay with the company. Have a 1 on 1 with your manager and explain that you love the company, have contributed (be prepared with specific examples).
Oooh that one is tough. From the sounds of it though you would be better off jumping ship. If they aren't generating their own revenue and are still on investor funds, that would worry me a little.
That’s what I wanted to know. Currently there is no revenue since 5 years and no idea of how will things go regarding Visa sponsorship. I am worried that would there be any growth as a career or not as team is hardly 10-15 no. of members. Working here is fun and super good as all founding members and other team players are supporting as well as caring. But the idea of leaving them makes me sad like what will happen and all. Is it because it is my first experience of actually resigning a job? I will look for more answers to consider my decision as well as Ill discuss with team about such condition. Thank you for your help
Hi! You should talk to your manager. They'll probably help you solve this issue.
