Hi all, I was let go last year after a PE acquisition at CohnReznick, now seeking a stable tax role (FL or remote). I’m an enrolled agent with 6 years of tax experience and an AP/AR background. A bachelor's in accounting, and currently completing coursework toward CPA eligibility. In the meantime, I had seasonal H&R Block and Intuit work, but the only 2 interviews out of 50 applications I had questioned me like I did something wrong, but it strengthened my skills. Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
