Anyone up now?
Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC

Ask for the position descriptions but your statement of management is the goal seems that you need to take the Sr PM role. Please ask how/who are your reports to and so on. Nelson has had some ups and downs. P&W has had some “too many old guard” problems but both have tremendous upside if you can perform well and understand their goal and yours are aligned.
Thanks for this. Useful advice.
It depends on your ultimate career goal. If you want to be more on the management side then go with PM; if you want to be more on the technical side then go with PA.
Thanks for the advice. Goal is management.
Depends on the office. Where are you located?
Also depends on your career goals. Which firm offers you a clear path for professional development?
Sounds like PM is better opportunity if your goal is to be more involved in management. Congrats!
Perkins + Will
I did the Nelson thing as a senior Project Manager when I was my company was “absorbed”. Culture, benefits, and stability went immediately downhill while I watched good talented people jump ship. I can’t speak for Perkins and Will but if I had to choose, I know which one I wouldn’t choose.
I’ve not worked at P+W but I have with Nelson. Starting with the CEO, my experience is that Nelson embodies some of the worst corporate culture out there. The rate of turnover in leadership is dizzying and speaks to the dysfunction at the core of the company.
Unless you have no other choices, no position at Nelson is worth taking.
