Hi all. I’m a data engineer with almost 3 years experience in Pyspark, SQL, Python, Databricks and azure. I’ve started applying, so any suggestions for my job searching journey would be really helpful. And one more thing, does the referral from recruiter, manager, senior employee and a new joiner hold same value or is there a catch. For now I’m just using LinkedIn and try to get a referral before applying, well the success rate is low. This is my first post. Thanks to everyone who read it.

I wish admin utilized Tier 1 supports with teachers. Smiles, appreciations and acknowledging ones efforts would do a great deal to boost morale and climate. I just don’t understand what that is so hard to do.
